Boys Saturday Football

Our weekly Saturday football sessions encourage young players of all skill levels to train, compete, and enjoy the beautiful game. We have weekly training sessions with Coach Shuaib to help develop skills, teamwork and fitness. Playing every week for over 10 years and now competing in matches and tournaments, including the Asian League.

  • Every Saturday 3.10pm – 4.40pm
  • For Boys aged 7 to 16 years
  • £2 per session

Brothers Boxercise

A fun and effective workout combining boxing techniques with high-intensity exercise. Boxercise is great for improving cardio fitness, strength, and coordination, all while relieving stress. We encourage young brothers to bring their own boxing gloves, but we do have some kit available to borrow. We have weekly Wednesday sessions delivered by Coach Rizwan.

  • Every Wednesday 6.45pm – 7.45pm
  • For young brothers aged 13+
  • £2.50 per session
  • Suitable for all fitness levels

Sisters Fitness Fusion

Our fitness sessions for sisters combines strength, sculpt, cardio exercises with self-defence, boxercise and elements of martial arts. Whether you want to build strength, improve endurance, lose weight, or simply stay active, our fitness fusion workshops with Coach Maya are a lot of fun! The sessions are conducted at The Hive with full privacy, no cctv, blinds, in a female only environment with a qualified female Muslim fitness instructor.

Girls Youth Boxercise

Our girls youth group ARISE deliver a weekly boxercise session to help young girls build confidence, improve fitness, and develop self-defence skills in a Muslim environment. Sisters Swimming

Swimming is one of the best full-body workouts, promoting strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. We provide female only open swim sessions for Muslim women with a female lifeguard, no cctv, and single sex changing rooms.
