Who We Are
A Brotherhood for Young Muslims
Wycombe Islamic Network (WIN) is a youth-focused initiative under WISE Masjid, dedicated to supporting and empowering young Muslim men aged 8 and over, including young adults.
Since its founding in 2014, WIN has been creating a safe, engaging, and faith-centered environment where young brothers can develop leadership skills, grow spiritually, and strengthen their connection to Islam.
Our mission is to help young Muslim men build confidence, brotherhood, and strong Islamic values while having fun, learning, and contributing to the community.

Saturday Night Buzz (Ages 8-14)

WIN Friday Football (Ages 14+)

WIN Saturday Youth Club (Ages 14+)
First Saturday of Every Month | The Hive | 8 PM Onwards
The WIN Saturday Youth Club is a monthly gathering that offers a balance of fun, faith, and friendship, ensuring a positive and welcoming space for young Muslim men. Activities include:
- Table tennis, FIFA, and VR gaming
- Archery and other interactive activities
- An Islamic reminder and discussions
- Snacks and pizza
- A dedicated chill-out space to foster brotherhood
WIN Summer Retreat (Ages 14+)
Summer Holidays | Residential Venue
A 3-day immersive experience featuring:
- Outdoor Activities (Paddle Boarding, Campfires, Games)
- Islamic Talks & Workshops
- Brotherhood & Team Building

Who Runs WIN?
WIN is run by young Muslim men who have grown through the program and are now mentoring the next generation. The team receives guidance from the WISE Shura to ensure the program continues to benefit young Muslims in the right way.
For parents’ peace of mind:
- Many of our volunteers are DBS-checked.
- First-aid trained team members ensure safety at all events.
- Policies and procedures are in place to maintain the health and safety of all attendees.
- All activities are conducted in a supervised and structured environment.
- A safeguarding framework is in place to ensure the well-being of all participants.
More than Just Events...
WIN is more than just activities—it’s a lifelong brotherhood. Many of our young brothers have grown through WIN, developing leadership skills and confidence, with some now leading WIN initiatives themselves.
We also engage in community outreach, working alongside initiatives within the mosque, for the community, and other social projects.
