WIN (Wycombe Islamic Network) is a masjid initiative dedicated to developing the Islamic leaders of tomorrow. The network, founded in 2014, focuses specifically on young brothers and aims to nurture an appreciation, enthusiasm and love among the next generation for an Islamic way of life.

It endeavours to facilitate, through its activities, a sense of unity and brotherhood among the young Muslims of Wycombe, while at the same time using sound Islamic knowledge to help develop a stronger and more confident Muslim personality.

The ultimate aim of WIN is to help young Muslims develop a positive relationship with their Creator; allowing them to benefit not only themselves but also the wider community.

WIN’s activities are focused mainly on self-development and dawah. It is run by a core group of brothers in their 20’s with support and guidance from the WISE Shura. WIN’s regular activities include 'Late Nighters at the Masjid', (Older Age group) and 'Saturday Night Buzz' (Younger age group) that take place monthly featuring Islamic reminders, games, food and more.

There are also weekly Ilm sessions delivered by Shaykh Abu Rumaysah focusing on Fiqh, Aqeedah and Seerah. The classes have been running successfully for over five years and offer a chance for young minds to ask any questions and clarify misconceptions relating to Islam in the 21st Century.

Some of WIN’s other successful activities include ongoing volunteering for ‘Wycombe Homeless Connection (WHC)’, climbing Mount Snowdon for WHC (raising over £1000 and being featured in the Bucks Free Press), the annual WIN Summer Spiritual Retreat, Paint-balling & Go-Karting events and weekly Friday football.

We're always looking to expand the brotherhood. If you want to get involved as a volunteer, improve your Islamic knowledge or just want to chill out with us in an open, relaxed and easy environment, then get in touch!
